Anti-inflammatory for skin and scalp, anti-parasitic (hair and lice. Neem's ability to repel insects was first reported in the scientific literature in 1928 and 1929. The oi contains "Nimbolide and Salannin" and azadirachtine" *, usful against fungal infections, parasitic infections and psoriasis.

It is a fast growing tree that can reach 15 to 20 meters inheight , found in Asia and parts of Africa. In Inda , it si also called the "miracle tree" or "village's parmacy".
