INSTRUCTIONS
Internal use:
Consult an aromatherapist
External use :
- In local anointing oil 5%
- Inhaled 3 drops in a bowl of boiling water,
- In bath 5 drops mixed with a glass of milk.
CONTRA-INDICATIONS
Pregnancy and children under 6 years.
Well tolerated by the skin.
Do not use if Hypotension.
REMARKS
- We have two kinds of H.E Ylang: Ylang I used rather in the field of perfumery and complete ylang is used in aromatherapy
ADVICES OF TRADITIONAL HEALERS
Arome&Sens' recipe:
- Put a drop on the solar plexus to avoid the spikes voltages (arterial). Ylang oil stimulates and strengthens the heart and soothes it at the same time.
- Prepare your own (Monoi) with ylang (coconut oil 100ml with 10-20 drops Ylang) apply on hair and skin. Warning: provides a nice sun tan, protects very little from solar radiation (for protection: jojoba oil or calophyllum oil). Makes hair shiny and silky , nourishes the capillary tube, allows avoid products with silicon.
