CURE YOUR HEAVY LEGS WITH THE KNEIPPCURE

In the middle of a hot summer well-known inconveniences appear: heavy legs, edema, difficulty falling asleep, insomnia , headaches...

Father Sebastian KNEIPP's cure relieves these symptoms effectively without complicated remedies. After the KNEIPP application (described at the end of the article) I suggest the following applications.

 

Massageoil for heavy legs :

Moringa- or  Arnikaoil  85ml

Calophyllumoil clear 5ml

 

Add following essential oils:

Geraniumoil 3ml

Helichryseoil gymno. 6ml

Cypressoil 1.5 ml

Rosmaryoil 1 ml

or

Gel for heavy legs :

Aloveragel   85ml

Calophyllumöl clear 5ml

 

Add following essential oils::

Geraniumoil 3ml

Famontyoil 6ml

Cypressoil 1.5 ml

Peppermintoil 1ml

 

Use one of this mixtures directly after the KNEIPPTREATMENT, for a gentle leg massage in the direction of the heart.

→ in the MORNING  to stimulate circulation

→and in the EVENING to fall asleep easier and to relieve feelings of heaviness

THIS TREATMENT IS GOOD FOR EDEMA AND HEAVY LEGS, SLEEPING DISORDERS, BOOSTS IMMUNITY, AND IS A DERIVATIVE TREATMENT FOR HEADACHES

HOW TO PROCEED?

 

·         Remove the handshower and use only the direct jet ,  without strong pressure, the water should flow slowly and gently down your legs

·         Do the treatment only when your legs and body are warm;

·         If you have cold feet, warm them up first or go for a walk .

·         After the treatment, warm up under a blanket or with a short, gentle walk

·         Do not apply the ” Guss” immediately after a heavy meal or a exhausting exercises

·         Do not use this treatment if you suffer from sciatica, cystitis, acute kidney infection or arterial obstruction.

·         The water temperature should be pleasantly cool, not freezing "SMALL STIMULUS = BIG EFFECT...... BIG STIMULUS = BLOCKING,

·         IF the vessels slowly contract and will achieve better circulatory tone response.

·         Do not dry your legs after the treatment, just wipe off the water with your hands, this prolongs the effect.

 

LE KNIEGUSS:

• Start with the RIGHT leg at the level of the little toe and raise very slowly the water jet to above the knee

• Stay here for a few moments, then very slowly move down the inside of the leg to the big toe.

• Do the same with the left leg

• To finish, lift your foot a little and let the water run on your heel for a few moments, first on your right foot, then on your left foot

 

LE SCHENKELGUSS:

 • Repeat the treatment, but  go further on to the thigh (it is also indicated in case of cellulite)

 

HOW MANY TREATMENTS DAYLY?

For lasting results ideally twice a day (morning and evening) for lasting results at least 3 times a week (Remember that lymph moves very slowly and you need perseverance to see lasting results.)
